The Claims Process

Your claim handling begins with an investigation of the facts.
-The claims representative will contact you within 24-48 hours of the receipt of your claim.
-The claims representative gathers the facts of the loss from those involved and reviews your policy to confirm applicable coverage and corresponding limits.
-In the case of an automobile accident, the claims representative will also expand their investigation to resolve any discrepancies and evaluate the facts to determine fault.

The next phase of the claims process involves a determination of damage.
The claims representative will be able to assist you with determining the amount of your repairs or the value of your totaled vehicle. They will prepare and provide you with a copy of their auto repair estimate, and our property claims representatives are able to provide you with a copy of their building repair estimate. They can also help refer and arrange repair services.

The final phase includes working with you to finalize all of the paperwork
