Since joining the BIG team as our Customer Service Representative, Sherry plays a vital role in supporting both our clients and our internal operations. She provides behind-the-scenes administrative support while also serving as the first point of contact when clients call the office-handling policy updates, coordinating communication, and ensuring timely follow-through on requests. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills help keep the agency operating efficiently and cohesively, all while contributing to a positive and seamless client experience.

While Sherry is currently a certified Speech Language Pathologist, she is also pursuing her insurance license to further expand her expertise and better serve our clients within the industry.



Colorado has been home for Sherry and her husband since his retirement from the military 12 years ago. She enjoys exercising, reading, exploring new places, and discovering great coffee shops!
